Every booking ends with a written quote. Daily rate, delivery, fuel terms and deposit, each on its own line, with a reference number. Need a change? You get a revised quote and accept it first.
The gauge gets a photo. Twice.
At handover the driver photographs the fuel gauge, odometer and all four sides. You tap to agree and get a copy. At return, the same check. Any question about fuel or a scratch becomes a side-by-side photo, not an argument.
